CELEBRATING VANITY: WHO IS FOOLING WHO?

The upgraded post Utme results were released yesterday and I expected to see people with very low results upgrade to high/medium scores. Lo and behold! Most of those that went through the upgrading had great scores. Someone got 20 and upgraded to 25,another got 21 and upgraded to 24 and yet,upon the money involved and probably false hopes they would have gotten, they have forfeited this year.
Whatever is gotten through false means will one day come out as truth. Lies may run for a thousand years but in a day,the real fact will meet up with it and before you can say 'its the devil', immediate repercussion takes place.

This December, in a bid to impress family and friends with what you have achieved this year,don't be extravagant. Don't go beyond your means in order to be the star of the event this December. Don't exaggerate,don't be fake. 'Aso nla ko leeyan nla'. Just be yourself with those mediums that you have gotten in the result of exam 2017, trust God to multiply it to favour you in the rest to come.

Remember the January projects, schools won't take Christmas as fees,neither will banks accept prayers in exchange for the debts. When fake goes on around,there will be those 'monitoring spirits' that will be ready to sniff out the source of the smoke. And when that happens,to show face anywhere might even be dangerous than being a debtor. No need to rent cars or buy expensive clothes and shoes on credit. You don't have to spend January's funds on  table-size chickens also. And December is but an hour compared to what comes after it.
